the IRL garages or other racers who either know her or have been around her. And what I’m hearing isn’t a pretty picture. We hear from time to time about Cup drivers visiting kids in hospitals. It seems that Danica can’t be bothered with that when she was asked to. She couldn’t even furnish some drivers’ cards. Because of her attitude, whining, and major hissy fits, she’s referred to by IRL officials as “The B*tch”. They're words, not mine folks. IRL drivers have had to apologize to race fans because of her attitude and treatment of race fans. In order to stay away from the race fans and the media, she pretty much spends her time hiding out in her motor coach. And like Tony Stewart, she’s had to take anger management classes. In her case, it was at the insistence of the IRL. Now this isn’t something the lamestream media is going to put out there because they’re drinking massive quantities of Faux King Brian’s Kool Aid. But think about what a regular NA$CAR driver does. They have to deal with race fans and sign lots of autographs. They have to deal with the media. They go to hospitals to visit sick kids and visit the Victory Junction Gang Camp. And this is who NA$CAR is betting the farm on to save their bacon? Folks, this is getting to look uglier and uglier as the weeks pass by.
There seems to be some confusion also on the new Shootout eligibility. Some articles have said that some of the eligibility applies to those who have been in the Shootout for the last 2 years. Others have said it applies to drivers who have driven in the last 2 years. Some have said Cup drivers who have driven in the last 2 years. Others don’t even mention the 2 year eligibility. So just what is it Your Highness? Did your brain go on vacation when everyone else did for the holidays?
For those not familiar with Tim Richmond and the lawsuit his parents brought to clear his name, one of the key characters involved with the tainted drug tests is Dr. Forest Tennant, an associate of Dr. Black (the head of Aegis Labs) which is currently handling the drug and alcohol testing for NA$CAR’s Nobel Nincompoop. It seems Dr Tennant stirred up a lot of controversy when he was handling the testing for the NFL, which tends to lend more credence to the accusations Tim Richmond and his doctor claimed all those years ago and the accusations his parent later brought. Old news, maybe, but it does make you wonder how reliable Aegis Labs, Dr. Black, and the whole testing program actually are and to what lengths His Magnanimous Malfeasance would go to end a driver’s career.

professional wrestler, Booker Huffman aka Booker T., said this:
"As far as the loophole goes, the first person I went to talk to when the story first came out was Dr. [David] Black, to talk to him about certain things," he said. "I never got a chance to talk to him because he never returned my calls, but that's another story."

Aegis Labs has handled the drug testing for the WWE for several years and somehow missed the steroids in wrestler Chris Benoit‘s system before he went on a rampage killing his family and himself. Dr. Black also omitted some information in his testimony before Congress. So apparently Dr. Black’s inability to be reached isn’t just in NA$CAR. And notice the date that this happened. 2007. Long before the Mayfield lawsuit came about. So apparently Dr. Black has a track record of being unable to be reached by peoples whose lives are affected by his drug testing.
NASCAR spokesman Ramsey Poston said. "Dr. Black's team had a rush order to get us the results. They literally worked through the night so we would know the "B" (results) sample before Saturday night's race." Is it possible that their “rush job” might have prompted a false positive because they didn’t follow all the steps, procedures, and protocols for normal, non-rushed testing?

Wow, Motorsports Authentics was purchased for $250 million and is currently valued at a mere $36 million. Is it any surprise when His Royal Rectaltude took a $4 billion company (NA$CAR) and dropped the value down to $767 million? Are we seeing some sort of trend here? Do you think the Uni-Car design might have had a major impact on the die-cast market? Does the fact that so many of the hats and t-shirts look alike have anything to do with their declining sales? Some things to think about.
With the advent of the Phony Ponies for the Busch Series coming this year, is anyone in Ivory Towers in Daytona paying attention to the actual field? The economy isn’t helping the smaller teams out and so for the 4 races they’ll be running the Phony Ponies at this season I’m really expecting to see either short fields or fields filled up by the Buschwhacker teams. At $200,000 a pop for the Phony Ponies, you can probably expect to see short fields come 2011 also since all the teams will have to run the Phony Ponies as mandated by His Infernal Incompetence.
Going back to the Sports 50 Most Influential List, His Royal Highness was 16th, down 7 places from 2008. Now, you have to ask yourself the question, why did he drop 9 positions? And we all know the answer to that. Because he’s a poor leader. It must stick in his craw that he finished behind so many stick and ball people even though he’s been trying to make NA$CAR into a stick and ball sport since he ass-ended the throne. John Henry, Jack Roush’s partner at Roush Fenway Racing, was 30 th, down 10 positions. His baseball team has had sellouts for almost 7 years running. Faux King Brian can’t say the same. Rick Hendrick came in at 36th, which means he had to actually qualify since he wasn’t in the Top 35. Oh, wait, that’s the Magnificent Maladroit’s racing qualifying. Sorry. Hendrick wasn’t rated last year. But I think that’s because of his 4 straight Chase for the Chumps wins. Jim France came in at 45th. Well, maybe if he actually started running things instead of leaving it to the Idiot Savant who’s not a savant he might move up some. But with the way the lawsuits are going, he may have to actually take over running NA$CAR since his nephew, Non Compos Mentis, will be joining the Orange Jumpsuit Club at Taylorsville NC. David Hill, the Bozo from Fox who doesn’t care what the fans want, was rated 8 th, which was down 1 position from the previous year. With an attitude like his, I’m surprised he even made the list. Conspicuously missing is Bruton the Bald, Jack Roush, and Dale Jr. And with all the hype of late, I’m surprised Jimmie Johnson and Damnica aren’t on there.
Right now, Seabee’s from NMCB 4 and NMCB
133 are heading to Afghanistan in support of the
recent troop increase. They’ll be helping to build
facilities, roads, and airfields there. The Seabee’s,
who are currently there, have been building
schools and roads, which are sorely needed by
the Afghans themselves. NMCB 133 personnel
deployed to Afghanistan during Operation
Enduring Freedom in 2001 so they’re not
strangers to what’s been done in the past with
the Seabee’s humanitarian efforts. Right now,
there are about 2,600 Seabee’s deployed
worldwide supporting various humanitarian efforts.
So my thanks to the Seabee’s and their efforts
in bringing good thing to those who need them.
